The names, and which is which
- Haware Swaraj is the name this site leads with.
- Rajgad By Bhagwati Haware - Wing - D is the registered name. It is what appears on the MahaRERA certificate and will appear in your agreement for sale.
- Haware Swarajya, Haware Bhagwati Swaraj and Bhagwati Haware Rajgad circulate as marketing variants.
All refer to the same building at Davdi Gaon. The registered promoter, Bhagwati Haware Properties Supertech, is a third distinct name again: the entity, not the project.
Why this matters practically
Three different names for one project is normal in this market and it creates two real risks.
First, you may compare a project against itself. Two listings under two names can look like two options at different prices. Check the registration number on both before treating them as alternatives.
Second, a document mismatch can spook you at the wrong moment. If your agreement says "Rajgad By Bhagwati Haware - Wing - D" and every brochure said "Haware Swaraj", that is not a discrepancy. The registered name is the legal one.
