Two things to get in writing
Both are commonly assumed on a project of this size, and an assumption is not a commitment:
- The pool. If one matters to you, ask where it sits and confirm it against the specification schedule attached to the agreement for sale.
- The security specification. CCTV coverage, gate control and visitor management are normal for a building of 710 homes. Ask for the specification that will be attached to your agreement.
The two that will affect you most
Six lifts per core. On Wing D's 49 proposed floors with 710 homes, this is the amenity you use several times a day. Count it and divide by the homes on your floor.
The banquet hall with a pre-kitchen. A pre-kitchen means the hall can actually host catered functions rather than being a bare room, which is the difference between a usable facility and a photograph.
Ask which registration number covers the wing your flat is in, then read the floor count and the registered completion date off that certificate. The figures above are for Wing D. Wing D detail.
