One tall wing, not a township

A single wing at this height concentrates the amenity programme instead of spreading it. Here it sits on two podium levels, which is why the drawings show a squash court, a mini theatre and a banquet hall inside a footprint that a low-rise on the same plot could not have justified.
The podium levels
The developer's layouts label a multi sports court, badminton court, squash court, cricket practice net, skating rink and open air gym, plus a gymnasium, yoga hall, spa, therapy and massage rooms and a saloon. Indoors: table tennis, pool tables, foosball, a board games room, a mini theatre, a banquet hall with pre-kitchen, a library and a study room. For families: a creche and playing area, kids play areas, senior citizen courts and society offices.

Six lifts per core
The podium plans show six lifts to a core. On Wing D's forty habitable floors that ratio matters more to daily life than any single amenity, and it is unusually generous for this price band in this belt.
The outlook
The site is at Davdi Gaon, on the southern edge of Dombivli East rather than the station side. The photograph on the gallery page, dated November 2025, is the view from the site: hill country and open green with the built-up skyline well back. On Wing D's forty habitable floors that outlook is the product.
The trade is honest and worth stating: quieter and greener, but a longer run to the railway than the station-side stock.
