On drive times
A drive time is only worth having if you have measured it yourself. Ask us for current timings, then drive the route at the hour you would actually travel. On this corridor the difference between a nine in the morning run and a noon run is not marginal.
What the geography actually means
The site sits at 19.195936 N, 73.109330 E, which is south of Dombivli station on the Davdi and Sagaon side. That places it nearer the Shilphata corridor than the station, so the practical pattern here is road-first rather than rail-first, at least until Line 12 is running.
If a walk to a suburban platform is your requirement, this is not the pocket for it. If you drive or work locally, the southern edge buys a quieter setting and the open outlook shown in the dated site photograph.
