What it gives you
The outlook. This is the one thing a render cannot show you honestly. The site photograph dated November 2025 shows what the plot looks out over: hill country and open green, with the built-up skyline well back on the horizon. On the forty habitable floors registered in Wing D that view is a large part of what you are buying.
Lower density. The southern edge is newer and less packed than the station side, which is what makes a plot large enough for a podium amenity programme available at this price band.
Corridors under construction. The developer's map legend names Kalyan-Taloja Metro Line 12, Ambernath-Kanjurmarg Metro Line 14, the Kalyan Ring Road, the Virar-Alibag multimodal corridor, the Mothagaon Mankoli bridge, the bullet train route with Mhatardi station, and the Kopar-Bhopar and Usarghar-Nilje-Ghesar roads.
Social infrastructure already there. Nine schools and colleges and five hospitals are plotted on the developer's map, along with D Mart, R Galleria Mall, Xperia Mall and an 11-acre central park.
What it costs you
The station is not a walk. The site sits at 19.195936 N, 73.109330 E, south of Dombivli station on the Davdi and Sagaon side. This is a road-first location until Line 12 runs. If a ten-minute walk to a suburban platform is your requirement, this is the wrong pocket, and better to know that now.
The corridors are in progress. Two metro lines and a bullet train route are construction and planning items, not services you can use on possession day. Treat them as upside, not as the reason.
On drive times
Ask us for current timings, then drive the route yourself at the hour you would actually travel. That is the only figure worth planning around.
Ask which registration number covers the wing your flat is in, then read the floor count and the registered completion date off that certificate. The figures above are for Wing D. Wing D detail.
