Who the promoter actually is
The registered promoter is Bhagwati Haware Properties Supertech, a partnership. The registration names eight partners:

Three Haware names and five from the Bhagwati side. The Haware side and the Bhagwati side are partners on the same registration, which is where the two names on this project come from.
What the registry attaches to that entity
Six other projects, recorded as completed or sold out: New Palm Beach, Bhagwati Kharghar Phase II, Bhagwati Kharghar, Bhagwati Greens, Bhagwati Eleganza and Bhagwati Imperia.
Note where those are. The bulk of the record is in Kharghar and Navi Mumbai, not in Dombivli. That is not a criticism, it is a fact worth knowing when you assess local delivery experience.
How to check a builder properly
- Match on the promoter entity, not the brand. Brands are shared across partnerships and group companies. The entity that signs your agreement is the one on the certificate.
- Read the litigation field on each registration. For PR1331012502333 it currently records none.
- Read the quarterly progress filings. Promoters must update them. A registration with stale filings tells you something a brochure will not.
- Check completed projects on the ground. Visit one. Ask the society committee about handover delays, snag closure and the state of common areas five years on.
- Check the escrow bank exists on the certificate. Here it is ICICI Bank Limited.
On reviews
This project registered in February 2026 and completes in 31 December 2032. There are no residents, so there is no resident experience to review. Any "review" of living here is not based on living here. Read the promoter's delivered projects instead; that is the only evidence available at this stage.
